Can I speak to a representative? A number of our files disappeared. They are not in the trash anywhere, no admins recently quit. We had a similar issue happen before when our billing was due and it seemed Box hid some of those folders which we retrieved upon payment but that shouldn't be the case now as we are up to date on payments. I need to speak to a representative ASAP as these are critical files. Thank you!
