Files Deleted in Dec 2022 - trying to restore. Is this possible?

Someone deleted files from my Box account in December 2022 and I would like to restore them. Is this possible via backup files?

 

Can this be escalated to engineering?

    Hi Matt, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

    Box stores files and folders you place in Trash for a certain period of time, that default period is 30 days. With this information, we can't guarantee if we can restore your files/folders that were deleted back in 2022.
