Currently I cannot get some files to synch to my Box. Here is an example.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

Are you having trouble syncing your files from your sync folder to the Box website or it's vice versa?  Also, can I confirm your current Box version and your Operating System?

I cannot sync files from my sync folder to the Box website.

Box version is 4.0.8088

Operating System is Windows 10 Home, version 22H2

Just discovered folders not synching from my desktop nor my laptop I use for travel with my staff since Oct 17, 2023. Horrified. I cannot fix the problem. Has dot which looks like synching but is only synching with my desktop and travel laptop, and not my staff.

Maria Newman - I discovered my free Box account had reached file capacity. In order to continue without deleting files to get more space, I had to get a subscription. I can now reach all my files.
