Hello
I received files for my music in 3 different folders ... I was told i needed to download these files by 7 days and i downloaded them into my computer.. I just realized the files downloaded in box and not the official download so the tracks disappeared because they are still connected to box.. Can the tracks or folders of audio download to the computer so they can be saved without box? and can you retrieve the files?
