We cannot view any files from our folders. It appears they have all been deleted and we have lost all of our info. Can you contact us to find out if the files can be recovered and what we need to do at this point. Thank you.

Here's what you need to check to recover your missing files or folders.
- Verify the owner of the missing folders. If it's owned by another user please contact the owner for the collaboration invite.
- If it's your owned folders, please go to the Box website> trash.
