When running this report we are finding that it is not listing all of the files that were uploaded and contained in the folders. Why?

Files and Folders report not showing all files

Welcome to Box Community!
Running reports is your go-to whenever you need to track your folder activities. Additionally, upload is a specific folder activity and did you run the User Activity Report?
Here's how to run the report:
- Login to Box then Admin Console> Reports.
- Create report > User Activity then next.
- Under User Activity set the date range for this particular report.
- Go to Action Types> File Management and filter it to Uploaded.
- Click run to create a csv file for this report.
