Files and Folders report not showing all files

Welcome to Box Community! 

Running reports is your go-to whenever you need to track your folder activities. Additionally, upload is a specific folder activity and did you run the User Activity Report?

Here's how to run the report: 

• Login to Box then Admin Console> Reports.
• Create report > User Activity then next. 
• Under User Activity set the date range for this particular report.
• Go to Action Types> File Management and filter it to Uploaded. 
• Click run to create a csv file for this report.
