I can’t see any info for my Sony accounts

If you are referring to a collaborated folder, I would suggest to directly community with the owner of the folder or files.

Good Evening, 

I previously was invited to share box with my advisor and was able to join and access folders that were set up in the account.  Unfortunately, upon logging back in just a couple of weeks later everything is gone.  My advisor re-invited me in an attempt to see if the items would re-appear but to no avail.  the account is empty.  Is there any way that access to these items can be regained?
