File Upload using Box API fails intermittently

I am uploading file to Box using BOX Java SDK api. It works perfectly fine when uploading from my Dev environment for the  below folder

But the connection to Box server fails intermittently for my UAT folder . The connection seems to fail many times and when i try again its successful. Not able to understand why this is happening.

Could you please help us in identifying the root cause ?
