File upload on samsung phone stuck for 1 month

Hi, I tried uploading 4 video files on box and it has been stuck in the uploading process for about a month. I tried logging out and logging back in and clearing cache, but still it shows that it is uploading (the two arrows are turning and there is a yellow ring around it) but there is no progress. I'm using a Samsung android phone. Appreciate if anyone could help. Thanks!
