I need some help please, since having to reload my IMAC OS, when I now sign into box my view has changed and there is no way to change. I use favourites to track all my current work folders and my staff tag the folders with status which is easy for me to see current position. However, now instead of seeing the tag all I see is the folder location, this is a disaster as when I go to the location there are hundred of folders there and it's not easy to find which one I need to see, as well preventing from forming a quick view of multiple open folders....

Welcome to the Box Community!
Files and folders that you marked as Favorites can now be found under "Collections". To view a collection, in the left sidebar, click the name of a collection, ex. "Favorites".

Thank you, I can see how Collections work and it looks great. However, that is not the problem, the issue is that I can no longer see file tags. Instead of the tags, I only see a folder location. This is the crux of the problem as I have many files and being able to read the tags quickly was a real benefit, I think in boxes attempt to be innovative, they have unwittingly removed what was a really appealing feature :(
