our company (business plus account) has several external user, who upload video- and audiofiles for us. Sometimes the upload of videofiles fail without any explanation, so my question is: Is there a limit for file sizes for external users? I couldn't find any information regarding this topic.

Each end user's file size limit are implemented regardless if they are uploading on their own or collaborated folders.
