I am a new Business Starter member. I’m able to use the “file request” function in my account, however, I recently know that the "file request” requires the Business plan or above.
Is this function in my account temporally available, or is it also available for Business Starter?

Welcome to Box Community and we’ll be happy to answer your query in regards to File Request!
You must have a Box Business Plan account or higher to build a File Request form. However, no one needs a Box account to access the finished form and upload content.
If upgrade is in consideration, please reach out to our Sales team through box.com/pricing.

For some reason I am currently able to build a File Request form with my Box Starter account.
Is this inherently impossible?
I’m asking this because I am considering to make another account for my business, and the File Request function is essential for that business.
