My Team and I are trying to send the secured link for File Request, but the feature does not appear to be available. I'm not entirely too sure if we have the Box Business Plan, but if not, could our current plan be updated to include the File Request form?

By default, Box File Request is turned on for all managed users in your organization, and is available to folder owners, co-owners, and editors in your organization. People must have edit or above access to a folder to use File Request.
If you have the appropriate permission mentioned above but does not have the option to create a file request link, kindly reach out to your Box Admin to help configure your access to this feature.
