I am a BOX user with an Individual account.
As an external contractor, I have been granted "Editor" permissions in a company's BOX group.
However, I am unable to use the File Request feature.
What should I do if I want to use the File Request feature?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
File request link is only made available for Business Plan users and above. Also, external collaborators cannot create file request link even if they're an Editor in the folder.
