I lost my file suddenly about 1 year ago, and I want to recover my lost files if that poosible???

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re here to help regarding your missing files.
Are you the file owner? If you happen to delete a file or folder from Box, it’ll remain in your trash in the next 30 days.
On the 31st day your owned contents will be permanently deleted without recovery option. In this case, I’m afraid but we can no longer restore your deleted file.
