I had an important file that was shared with multiple people and when I logged in today it was not there. I check the trash and couldn't find it there. I spoke with the people I had shared the file with and asked to see if it was in their trash and turns out it's not there either.
Please help
I have the same problem and I am trying to recover it. In my case it is a full folder with sensitive files. There are personal data there. So I checked the trash here in box and in my computer and I couldn´t find anything.
