"My boss uses a Mac. I use PC. We have a file that populates on both systems. However on my pc, the file will not open. We verified there are documents in folder on my boss's MAC. ??

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble opening a file in Box. This would be something Product Support team can investigate so I went ahead and created a ticket for you so that an agent can work directly with you on looking into this.

    I am having problems with files opening.  It is extremely slow.  I can't open 2 files at once.  Box blows up.  How can you help?
