Tried to reopen a Word document stored in box, but error message says it was deleted or not currently accessible. I did not delete. It is not in Trash. Can it be recovered? Thanks!

Thank you, Rona! I'm attaching 1) the error message in Word, generated when I tried to open the file in Box and 2) the error message in Box at the folder level. The Folder name is DC Green Book - Script. The file name is DCGB Final Script 2024. The number is/was 1603516845086.
