Hello box team, I opened the box and found that all the files were gone, how can I retrieve them? My missing folder has three sharers, but I'm not sure which is the owner. Because the email is no longer available. Last month I was able to see shared files in my account, this month neither I nor the other sharer can see them. how can I retrieve them?

    Note: To keep your data private and secured, we've removed the email addresses from this post. 

    Here's what you need to check to recover your missing files or folders. 

    • Verify the owner of the missing folders. If it's owned by another user please contact the owner for the collaboration invite. 
    • If it's your owned folders, please go to the Box website> trash.
