Hello, I have a webpage where I have hyperlinked some PDF files within a Box Folder. Though all the PDFs are in the same area and in similar sizes, a few of them of being redirected to being directly downloaded and others open straight to a Box preview page.
How do I get all files to open up in a Box preview page?

Files will be directly downloaded if you use a 'Direct link' instead of a regular "shared link" so you'd want to make sure you are creating Shared links to link in those hyperlinks and not direct links.
A Direct link is a web address (URL) that links directly to a file without using Box Preview. This is different from a regular shared link, which brings users to the Box Preview screen for the shared file.
