I have installed Box Drive in Windows 10 but I cannot see my files/folder in Explorer

We’ve noticed that there’s only a single file in your Box account. Please ensure that you have permission to access the folders to access them locally.
Also, to access this file in your local Box folder. Please make sure that you are logged in to Box Drive.
