File Description Is never saved.

I'm logged into Box.com and I have typed my file description:

a medley arrangement for zedtopia's first hip-hop philharmonic.

why does it not save? i edited it several times last night and again today.

    Aย Descriptionย can be added to Folders or Files on the Box Web Application, as long asย you have Editor accessย in the folder. 255 characters is the maximum character limit for the Description field.

    Also, it only accepts letters, numbers and special characters but not images.
