File creation and modification dates are swapped

The creation and modification dates of files uploaded to Box have been swapped. The update date is recorded as a date earlier than the creation date. Although this may not apply to all cases, it seems to often occur with files with the extensions "xls", "ppt", and "doc". If anyone knows, please tell me the cause and how to fix it.
