I am unable to upload files from the Box web interface and tools using the .Net SDK.
I do not use Box Drive (nor do I plan to in the future).

The error message is as follows
The API returned an error [TooManyRequests | x0zvdshorrxxvo85.] rate_limit_exceeded - Request rate limit exceeded, please try again later

To avoid getting caught in the rate limit, I stopped all access to Box, and after a short time, I tried to upload only once, but this error still occurs.
I have tried uploading files manually from the Box web interface, but manual uploads also fail.

What I can do: - Create a directory
-Create directories
-Delete files
-Upload a new version of the file.

What it can't do
-Upload files

I don't know why uploads are failing.
