I get a file saved error when I try to save powerpoint files
Does not happen with other products
Only started happening in the last 2 months or so. It always happens
Help please.

Are you experiencing this when saving the pptx file in Box webapp or are you using Box Drive?
Do you encounter any sort of error message, would you mind sharing a screenshot so we can take a look?

I have the same problem. I am using Box Drive and attempting to save a Word file to a subfolder within my Box Drive root folder. Below is a screenshot.
