I had BOX access a few years ago and have recently recreated it. I initially accepted the invited to view the necessary files, but now when I log in I can't see them and can only see one file that I used years ago. When I click the invites it says I don't have access

If the shared files/folders are missing despite using your search bar to find them. Please reach out to the file/folder owner to verify if you still have access to the file/folder. If none, please request for another invite.
