Feature request: authorize new enterprise apps via API

It would be very useful to have an API for authorizing a new Enterprise app. That way an enterprise admin could log in to my app and have it automatically authorized, rather than force him to manually go to the admin console and add my API key (client ID). This could be allowed via a new OAuth2 scope such as "manage_enterprise_apps" (to be included in the existing "manage_enterprise" scope).
