Hello,


Recently I am excited with the new feature Box Shield. I read about its feature from site https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196113-Using-Threat-Detection and come to know many things. But I want know more about the alert email notification to Admin user in the case of Malware detected in uploaded file.


Could you please share me a document with email sample what kind of details can we see in the alert email?


This will really help me get more clear about alert email notification features.

If you have any specific questions about a certain Box feature such as "Box Shield", I recommend reaching out to your Account Executive (if you have any existing paid subscription to Box) or Box Sales team (new customer) so they can give you more insight on how the feature works.
