I have a problem with space. My account is 50 GB, but Box really only allows me to use 15 GB approximately. I understand that this is because it is because you do not have a payment account and what is intended is that you acquire a rate of more space.
When I got the 50 GB through a promotion, I was never informed that it would expire and to this day, I am still told that I have 50GB without this being true.
I request to have the 50 GB that corresponds to me.
