Failing to upload all selected files

I am uploading pictures from my Iphone and when I select 20 pics, only 16 will upload..?

 

Should I reduce the quantity selected? What gives?

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    Can you try to re-upload the other four files that did not make it to Box on your initial attempt? In some cases, if you are unable to upload files, you may be hitting the limits of your account type. I noticed that you are a Personal Free users and there are indeed limitation to the file size and bulk upload/ downloads that you will be making in Box.

    That wasn't helpful tbh. I am aware of the restrictions, so after an attempted batch upload- I selected the single photo that was not uploaded in the batch.

    While Box showed the single photo had uploaded, it did not upload. Repeated the process, same result - no upload. 

    It was a wide angle (0.5) photo - Seems like that file format is incompatible with BOX?

    I switched to Dropbox and was able to upload everything after the first attempt.
