failed to sync

Even though the app says synced actually the files did not sync. I checked online and the files are not there

Actually what happened is, I reinstalled box sync after a crash but now it syncs to a different folder than before and

there is no obvious option to make it  sync to the old folder which remains intact.

Is there any way to make the app sync to the same old folder ?
