Failed to load preview

May we know what specific file are you trying to preview, the File size and do you mind sharing a screenshot of the exact error so we can take a closer look?

In the meantime, to make sure that every angle is checked, I will need you to do the following:

• Can you try to clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
• Try logging in to your Box Account using different browsers and see if it makes any difference when previewing the file
• Try logging in to Box with add-ons or extensions disabled on your browser/s

The file name is[Jp_M0602_2023-N_IP3.pdf].File size is 1.2MB.

＊I cleared cache and cookies, but no improvement.

＊I tried accessing it from various browsers, but it didn't change either.

＊The extension was not originally on my PC

When I try to open it with "Open PDF" in the upper right, it says "Cannot open. You do not have permission to open this file. Please contact the owner of the file and request access permission."

I want it resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your reply.
