I keep receiving the following message, "We're sorry, the preview didn't load. Please re-upload the file or contact Box support."


I read through similar comments and tried the suggestions - clearing the cache and using a different browser and these did not do anything. 


Please help. 


The file is a large (9.2 GB) PowerPoint.

Could you download the file locally and see if you'll get the same error? Also, are you accessing this file in your local Box folder or in the Box website
