Box was working fine; then it decided to install a new version (Box v 2.45.185). After that I started getting this error. I uninstalled and re-installed Box v 2.42.213 with no problems. But the software INSISTS on upgrading to first 2.43.205 (which I also have no problems with); then to the faulty version. I sent the logs for 2.43.205 (which are fine)

Have you been able to get this corrected?  I'm currently having a similar issue.  The latest update would not go through, I've attempted to uninstall and reinstall but my system is trying to use the Box.2.43.205 (which is not on my system) to uninstall, however, Box.2.45.185 was showing to be on my system.  As a last resort I've attempted to delete ALL Box related files and folders but is proving difficult as I keep getting "administrator privleges are required" though I am the admin.


No; crickets so far. I uninstalled; then installed the older version so it works for a day or so, then the software tries to update and ugly happens
