I got a message that Box failed to update to 2.37.142, and to report the issue by sending logs, which I did. The follow-up message said to come here to create a support case with Box. Your support page doesn't make it clear how to do this, so I am requesting that a support case be created for me. I've attached the messages below. gml01HK2VQGW1S8WQKPDNYZ2MCJHY.jpegvmy01HK2VQGVCVD015KA1JNAEZTDA.jpeg

Hi there,

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

At this rate, kindly uninstall your Box Drive and reinstall it.

Hope it works!

Following the steps to uninstall Box Drive, when I got to the part where I delete the Box subfolder in C:\ProgramData\Box I got a "Folder Access Denied" error, saying that I need permission from Administrators to perform this action. This is my own personal PC, only used by me, so how do I get recognized as an Administrator in order to complete this step?umb01HKFHS4T7H0P10V08CXS1D6FM.jpeg

I was able to figure out how to get recognized as an Administrator on my PC, and when logging in as an Administrator Box was able to update to version 2.37.142 - it looks like I'm all set at this point.
