Following the steps to uninstall Box Drive, when I got to the part where I delete the Box subfolder in C:\ProgramData\Box I got a "Folder Access Denied" error, saying that I need permission from Administrators to perform this action. This is my own personal PC, only used by me, so how do I get recognized as an Administrator in order to complete this step?
I was able to figure out how to get recognized as an Administrator on my PC, and when logging in as an Administrator Box was able to update to version 2.37.142 - it looks like I'm all set at this point.
