External User Unable To Upload

Hi,

I have an external user who was granted access to a directory tree at the top level with the viewer/uploader permission level and is unable to upload documents to subdirectories.  I have not altered the permissions on any of the subdirectories so I'm assuming the waterfall permissions are in place and this individual should be able to upload to any of the subfolders.  Currently the individual is only able to upload to the top level directory.  Have I missed something in the setup?

    This is definitely not the expected behavior and would be something our Product Support team can investigate with you and may require specific account information.
