External user hijacking Enterprise Content-Need to get control of content

An ex employee creteated his own BOX account, using company credentials, and has made himself an owner of contentt that I cant get control of nor lock him out of.

    Since you mentioned that the employee has his own Personal Box account and owns the content, I'm afraid the only way to transfer the ownership of the content is to speak with the user and discuss the possibility of them transferring the ownership of this content to you. The user would have to perform 'Ownership transfer' that is discussed in this article for you to get control of the content.
