Hello, 

I have an external user that I invited to Box months ago and who has had no problem using Box so far. However, recently she cannot access, and we are getting the error message "Sorry, you cannot invite deactivated users to collaborate" when we try re-adding her. Could you please advise on how we might reactivate her?
