Hello there -

What is the best way for me to run a report that shows all external users that have access to our company box platform?

I'm not asking about the collaborations reports where we can filter in "external users" and get a list of external users activity which usually renders a report that has around 10000 rows of data. Just a list of each unique external collaborators in one list. I see our external users in the admin console under "Users & Groups" but nothing that will allow me to export that list. Thanks in advance!

Hi Dom,

Welcome to the Box Community!

I suggest that you run a User Activity Report for File Management. This report will be able to capture the activity of the external users to the shared folders owned by your enterprise.

For more information, please check this article:

I hope this answers your question. Thank you for posting!

This didn't give me the list of all external collaborators that have access to our platform. Instead, I have a busy report of 39,000 rows of user activity; most actions are from our managed users and not external users. I'm not looking for a report of what user have done, I want to see who CAN collaborate. I'm simply looking to have a report with every unique external user that is able to collaborate with us. There is a list of external users in the "Users & Group" section of the admin console, but I can not export it. Is there any way this can be achieved?

I'd like to have a report with 2,011 rows, listing each unique external collaborator.
