I have a 2014 mac Air running 10.16.6 (Mojave) and as of today, I get the message "Box Drive's systems extension failed to load etc" (1) I can't find where to enable the extension and (2) I have deleted and reloaded Box Drive but still get the same message. How do I fix this?

Have you tried to manually reset your Box Drive yet?
