Expiring licence

Hi

Unfortunately my company have decided not to renew our Enterprise licence.

I am busy downloading the data, does access to the data stop immediately after the licence expires?

Thanks for you reply, I appreciate your time.

I’m plugging away at getting the data downloaded and hopefully I’ll get it done before our Box licence expires. 🤞🏻

    I’m sorry to hear that—it's always a bit of a scramble when tools change on you! Usually, access to your data doesn't cut off the exact second the clock strikes midnight; most platforms provide a grace period (often 30 to 90 days) where data is read-only before permanent deletion. However, since this varies by provider, your safest bet is to finish that download before the official expiration date to avoid any "locked door"
