Expired Password - No Access to Email

Hello:

I have an account and know the password and email, but the password has expired. I do not have access to the email anymore to reset it.

How do I get access so I don't lose all of those old pictures I desperately want.

    If you can’t access the email address associated with your Box account, we recommend either reaching out to your email service provider (ESP) to regain access to your email account or creating a new account.

    Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to your email account. You will need access to the email address associated with your account to change your account password. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to protect your account against unauthorized access.
