Hi! We can open what appears to be all our excel files with the option of excel online except for one file. I don't think this could be a setting issue if we can use it for some but not all. Any suggestions? I cleared my cache and cookies a couple days ago and that did not resolve this issue. Also, multiple users experience this same issue. Thanks!
