Excel file not opening. On Box, I use Excel on my PC laptop with Windows 10 OS. Excel has functioned fine for years with this exact file, but now I only get the message that Box is opening Excel, but it never opens, even though I currently have 3 Excel files open with functional saves to Box. Please help.

I am getting the same issue. Here is the screenshot of the message. Note it is not an error message. But the Excel file just doesn't open.
Hi Rona.
Still cannot open certain Excel files. Have tried Firefox and Chrome browsers opening with the box website. If something does not improve this, I will have to end my Box subscription and find another data repository.

Same issue with me, exact same message. Was able to open other excel files yesterday, but this one won't open again.
Edit: I downloaded my file, made minor change and saved to .xlsx (was .xls) and then uploaded again and that fixed it for me.. Maybe this will help someone else. Hopefully this isn't a recurring issue... Or Box fixes it..
