We have an excel spread sheet on our box application, I have done some work off line and trying to add it to the current excel spread sheet, but box will only allow me to copy what is in the spread sheet not past any additional information. Please assist

Can you close the file, and then exit/ quit the Box application you are using from the system tray/ menu bar and then start the app and try this again?
If that doesn't help, can you further explain you workflow and do you encounter an error message when try to paste information in the excel file?
