Exceeding Storage Limit when Uploading

Some members of our team are having trouble uploading files with an error message saying that they have exceeded the storage limit. We should have unlimited storage across the organization, however some do not show that setting, but they aren't the only ones with an issue.

Quota exceeded —Check with the file owner Box Sync’s functions are also dependent on the quota eligibility of the file owner. The maximum file size limit for this account is based on the file owner’s account type. See https://www.box.com/pricing/ for eligibility information.

If you are unable to sync a file in Box because of the inherited file quota limits, alert the folder owner.

Thanks AJ. We have an Enterprise account that should be unlimited storage, however, some team members have limits. When they go through the link there isn't an option for them to access the storage that should be allowed per our plan. Let me know what I can tell them to do next. Thank you!
