So, when I try to open my Box folder, it says the application can't be found. I then get "Your logs have been sent successfully. If you do not have an open support case with Box, please create one here so someone can follow up with you. A support case is required to investigate this issue." Clicking on that takes me to the generic support page (here), where there is no way to open a case. To top it off, ALL the files in the Box backup say "This file cannot be recognized or is empty." So... is everything just... gone?
