How’d you copied files from one folder to another, let me ask a few questions regarding this error:
- Are you using the Box web-app’s copy feature?
- Or did you drag & drop the file within your local Box folder?
- Can I confirm the Operating System running in your machine and its version?
- What about the version of your Box local desktop application?
- Please upload a screenshot of your error and attach it here.

Hallo I am using Box’s copy feature.
Its the latest software on iMac OS - Tahoe 26.0.1
Box version (I think) is 2.47.161
Screen shot of error message attached
"We have consulted with the staff experiencing the error and are now proceeding with the solution internally. Please close this inquiry. Thank you for your assistance."
How will I know when this has been resolved?
This error message is still occuring and it is affecting several others within my group
