Errors clicking on invitation link to collaborate

Hi,

I have received email invites to collaborate on folders but cannot gain access to them. I have researched on this forum to troubleshoot and am still having problems.

For clarification, I am logged into the same email account on Box that I have received the email invites from. I have also contacted the owner to check sharing permissions and that they should be set to sharing with "people with the link". The owner has not deleted the links whatsoever and has resent them multiple times.

I repeatedly receive the same errors of "Oops! We can't seem to see the page you're looking for." and "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you." when clicking on the links, even after contacting the owner and checking permissions.

If someone could please reach out to me for assistance, this would be great. I have scoured the forums in an attempt to resolve this issue, but to no avail.

Welcome to the Box Community! 

It looks like the owner has removed or deleted the file. Please make sure that the file are still on the account and that you are logged in to the Box account that is linked to the exact email address the invitation was sent to.

Hi Aira,

I checked with the owner that they have not removed/deleted the file(s) and am logged into the Box account linked to the exact email address the invitations were sent to. If I could receive further assistance that would be great.
