Error while setting a password

I signed in through Google. Now a client wants a password to access a shared folder. When I try to set a password, an error shows stating "problem occurred while setting password." What is the fix for this?

    It seems that you're unable to change the password in the account settings. Can you enter your email address here and try to reset your password using the link in the email.
